Online payment is handled via PayPal and JSOCCP does not retain the credit card information of its registrants. Users will be redirected to PayPal upon completion of the form. REFUND POLICY – Because cancellations often result in the loss of a participant slot, there is a $250 fee for cancellations received prior to 30 days before the Institute. No refunds will be given for cancellations made within thirty days of the start of the institute. If the reservation is cancelled prior to 30 days before the Institute, registrants will receive the full amount of the registration fee, minus the $250 cancellation charge. An alternative option is to receive a full credit for the next scheduled institute. If this latter option is chosen, the cancellation fee is waived. The credit must be used in the next Institute, and no further cancellations will be allowed or refunds granted.
